Monday Lunch Thali : This is a simple thali without onion and garlic. I prepare it on Mondays when I keep fast. Try this simple yet delicious thali.
Thali consists of Dal, with added vegetables like carrot and pumpkin to give a little sweet flavor.
Plain rice cooked in pressure cooker.
Beans and Potato fry with less oil, and I have used mustard oil which gives a tangy taste to the fry.
